The official Project ARGUS web page can be found on the NaCTSO web site. Project ARGUS commenced in 2007 and has developed from its original conception - counter terrorism advice for the retail sector - to several custom made packages for other sectors of industry and business. Project ARGUS (Retail) is now complemented by Project ARGUS Night Time Economy (NTE), Project ARGUS (Professional), Project ARGUS (Planners) & Project ARGUS (Health). What is the cost to attend? Project ARGUS events are free of charge to attend with a minimal cost involved to host. Who will run the event? Project ARGUS events are most successful when run in partnership. Tayside Police CTSAs facilitate events, working closely with representatives of the specific business sector, city or town centre management team (eg. DUNCAN, the Safer Cities team in Perth), local council representatives or the Health Service. Next events The next scheduled Project ARGUS event is Project ARGUS (Health) - an event jointly facilitated by Tayside CTSAs and NHS Tayside. This will take place in Dundee on Tuesday March 9, 2010.
