Vitas Plytnykas, aged 40 and Aleksandras Skirda, aged 19, both of Brechin, appeared in private at Forfar Sheriff Court today in connection with the death of Jolanta Bledaite.

Both men were charged with her murder, attempting to defeat the ends of justice and theft.

Neither made any plea or declaration, they were committed for further examination and remanded in custody.  It is expected that they will appear for full committal at Forfar Sheriff Court on the 15th of April.
