Service Satisfaction Survey

Tayside Police is first and foremost a public service with principal aims to make our communities safer and for the public to have confidence that when they contact us they can expect and receive a first class service throughout. To this end, one of our published objectives is to ‘meet and exceed public expectation in the quality of service provided’. We have introduced a set of standards which outline the service that the public can expect when they contact Tayside Police. In order to measure the extent to which we are achieving our standards of service we need to find out what the people of Tayside think of our service. The following document summarises the results of the 2010 survey.

Public Perception Survey

The Public Perception Survey aims to establish the public's views on crime, antisocial behaviour and community policing in their local neighbourhood. It seeks to find out what influences the public's views, what aspects of crime cause the most concern and what we, as a Force are doing well and equally importantly, how we can do better. The following document summarises the results of the 2010 survey.
