Policing in Angus
Divisional Police Headquarters in West High Street, Forfar is the base for the Eastern Division command team.

The Divisional Commander is Chief Superintendent Kevin Lynch.
He is assisted by Superintendent Willie Clark who has day-to-day responsibility for all operational policing matters and Chief Inspector Sandra Richard who has responsibility for support functions within the division.

Other members of the command team include the senior detective officer Detective Chief Inspector Alistair Reid, Inspector Grant Edward who leads the Divisional Road Policing Unit and Alison Benns who is the divisional Human Resources Adviser.
The building is also the base for the Division's :
- Road Policing Unit (RPU)
- Criminal Investigation Department (CID)
- Support and Planning
- Community Safety Unit
- Administration Department
